BE YOUR OWN EQUINE SPORTS COACH.
As riders, we can spend many hours training independently without regular access to high-quality coaches, sports psychologists or exercise physiologists. I believe we can be our own equine sports coaches by developing highly personalised strategies and techniques to be the best rider / trainer / coach in whatever discipline we choose and whatever our ambition.
ABOUT ALISON.
Alison Lincoln has a BSc in Equine Sports Coaching and has taught on Sports Science and Equine Science courses at several different colleges in the UK. She has over 10 years of experience as a Pony Club instructor, as well as experience in business performance coaching and life coaching.
